Yes! We pierce minors. However we do not pierce anyone under the age of 5. We will only pierce ear lobes on minors from the age of 5 to 12. We do not pierce any oral piercings for minors under the age of 15. We absolutely do not pierce surface piercings, dermal anchors, nipples, or and genitalia on any person under the age of 18.
Yes! Any person receiving any procedure in the studio will need proper state issued identification. Any minor receiving a piercing must be able to prove who they are, and how old they are. We will need a notarized minor consent form, as well as the parent/guardians id as well. We can use a birth certificate and a photo ID or school ID for the minor as well. If you have additional questions you can call the shop for clarification.

The basic piercing fee starts at $30. All piercing prices depend on the exact jewelry you use. We have tons of different styles, materials, and sizes. We only use implant grade titanium, 14kt gold, and quartz glass.
It is almost impossible to give an accurate quote via online, or over the phone. Our shop minimum is $100, However that doesn't mean we charge $100 per hour. Tattoos are normally based on time and everyone works at different paces. At Soulshine we charge by the piece. We would recommend contacting an artist and asking them directly about pricing. It is always best to have an idea of what you are wanting so we can easily make your dream a reality!

Meet Our Team
Piercer/ Tattoo Artist
Nicole has been a professional piercer since 1998. She is extremely knowledgeable on all piercings, and after care. She can trouble shoot almost any problems that can occur from piercings not wanting to heal. She is a free hand piercer meaning that she has extreme precision with no use of tools. She has an amazing bed side manner and loves doing all piercings!
Nicole started doing cosmetic tattooing in 2010. She tattoos brows, eye liner, lips, and does areola reconstruction for breast augmentation.
Acupuncture
With over a dozen years of private practice, Antonio is a Florida Board Licensed Acupuncturist, as well as a nationally certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine.
Antonio received his Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California. Recognized as one of the nation’s top Chinese Medical schools, Five Branches University provides the highest level of both professional education and TCM healthcare and integrative medicine in the U.S. and around the world. These studies included classical and modern Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, acupuncture, herbology, clinical medicine, Western medicine, and four years of clinical training in the Five Branches Clinic.
Antonio has also trained extensively with Dr. Mikio Sanke, and has successfully completed the intensive workshop in Advanced Esoteric Acupuncture, taught by Mikio in October of 2014 in Boulder, Colorado.
When he's not in the clinic treating patients, Antonio enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys creating music and has a fond love of gardening. He is dedicated to keeping his energy level at the highest frequency possible through the practices of yoga and meditation.

Pam has always had a passion for body modifications and started at her first tattoo shop at the age of 18. After taking time to raise her 2 daughters she is back and focused on perfecting this art that she loves. Pam loves doing symmetrical and curated sets. She was raised here in southwest Florida and basically lives at the beach on any day off.
Tattoo Artist
Chance has been tattooing since 2021 and she has a LOVE for anything wacky! The crazier the better! She loves tattooing color work and traditional images. She is originally from Vegas, and now making Soulshine her home! Chance loves gaming in her spare time and taking care of her 3 kitty babies!
Tattoo Apprentice
